Why This Job is Important
You are the first person your clients call when they have a problem to solve or an idea to explore, because you are an advisor and thought partner for them. You will be directly responsible for finding and cultivating those relationships and surrounding our clients with the right teams and work to be successful. You actively own and are accountable for project success - accountable for the execution, management and quality control of multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting timeline milestones and delivering with budget. You are responsible for creating growth plans on the accounts in your portfolio and accountable to closing the revenue in that plan.

Outcomes: You know how to define outcomes in partnership with clients to solve their business challenges. You ensure that the internal delivery teams have clarity and are firmly focused on delivering against the outcomes. And finally, you ensure that the portfolio of work is connected; often connecting the work across business verticals and organizational silos.
Client Relationship & Experience: You have experience seeking out and building lifelong relationships with key leadership inside Fortune 500 companies. You have the gift of connecting with clients in a professional and reliable manner. You ensure our clients are raving, loyal fans and take us with them as they grow in their career.
Growth & Revenue: You understand your client’s business challenges and propose work that will help them solve those challenges. And you ensure that overall revenue and profitability of the account are in line with our company revenue goals.
Business Leadership: You understand the competitive landscape in and out of your client’s category and what problems need to be solved. You are a strategic business consultant to your clients and deliver thoughtful recommendations to achieve outcomes.
Account Communication: You will be adept at managing all account communication within our organization. Additionally you will help inform the work we are doing and help identify opportunities in our services and product offerings.
