Launched out of GoKart Labs in 2014, The Big Know is a trusted content and technology solution for organizations like UnitedHealthcare, U.S. Bank and Optum. 

With a focus on lifting health literacy, we help start and sustain more health journeys.

We do this by merging instructional design, high-end content production and intuitive learning technology to create health education for the Netflix Age. Primarily, we create online courses with popular experts to teach the skills of life and work. 

Offering custom and licensable content solutions with deep analytics, we create engaging learning that modern health products use to expand reach, drive cost efficiencies and improve outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us attract more health-oriented leaders and partners to The Big Know. 

Alongside our VP of Sales, our Director of Marketing and a company full of content creators and digital product builders, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving channel programs* to target and engage ideal customers
  • Playing a collaborative and strategic role between marketing, product and sales
  • Delivering a predictable volume of sales qualified leads
  • Making prospecting and lead management efficient and scalable
  • Working alongside content and product functions to harness the power of both in marketing
  • Planning, budgeting and forecasting for growth
  • Travel 10%

* Programs may include email outreach, digital media, content marketing, partnerships and events.

What You Have Done

  • 4-7 years in a marketing, communications or business development function
  • Driven growth and adoption of a digital product, particularly within health & wellness space
  • Owned marketing or sales metrics and exceeded goals (ex: Leads, Pipeline)
  • Have built modern campaigns

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a growth startup
  • Experience with account-based marketing programs
  • Marketing Technology: creating systems that drive and measure lead flow
  • Capable of being client-facing strategist
